I tend to write about all the topics that are considered unspeakable: religion, politics, privilege, misogyny, racism, ableism, and more... 

I don't stir the pot to make mischief, I promise. I stir the pot because sometimes it needs to be stirred, just like the Holy Spirit stirs our souls as needed.

Some church leaders have responded to breaking sexual assault news in ways that have me mentally crossing off their churches ever to attend, their organizations ever to partner with, and the conferences ever to speak at. Survivors are watching to see
