Hanging out in Mommy's and Daddy's bed

Random grammar question for my English teacher readers or other grammar nerds ... should it be "Mommy's and Daddy's bed" or "Mommy and Daddy's bed?" I feel like the first looks better, since the bed belongs to both of us, but the second is how I would usually say it. Whadya think?
