This sweet and incredibly friendly kitten showed up about a month ago. And I, umm, fed it once or twice. So it stayed. And now we feed it regularly. But I'm
not a crazy cat lady. No, not me. We just have three inside and one in the yard. And the one in the yard isn't ours because it's against our homeowner's association rules to have outdoor pets that aren't contained to your yard. Thus the title of this post: she is not our kitten; she is merely our yard dweller. I mean, you can't be held responsible for what creatures dwell in your yard, can you? And I'll take this over the snakes that have been cropping up in the yards of many of my Raleigh friends!
Jocelyn has named her Kitten. Original, eh? Which brings to mind the following quote from "The Princess Bride" - the book, not the movie: "The horse’s name was 'Horse' (Buttercup was never long on imagination)."
Anyway, here she is!
